Come out to the Petersburg Sports Complex on Tuesday, July 29, hang out with Petersburg Fans, Old Towne Merchants, and cheer for the Generals!

For those who don’t know, the Petersburg Generals are part of a summer baseball league made up of some of the best college players in the nation, many of whom go on to play for the majors. They’ll be playing at the Petersburg Sports Complex at 7:05PM.

Old Towne Merchants Group is thrilled to be a part of the Generals summer experience. Throughout the season, the players rely on the community for lodging and meals. The team gives back to the community by offering youth sports and educational programs. With its positive growth over the past few years, the Merchants Group in Old Towne is eager to spread their good will to the rest of city. At the game, they’ll have a table set up displaying many of the fine offerings only to be had in Old Towne, possibly a giveaway for a dinner or two at one of Old Towne’s fine restaurants, and to top off the evening, a pot luck dinner to be enjoyed by the players and coaches of both teams.

Petersburg is no stranger to generosity, and the Old Towne Merchants want to share their love of Petersburg by supporting the home town team. So what are you waiting for? Come out on July 29, hoop and holler, and be a part of home town pride, with the Generals and Merchants of Petersburg!
