Bio: Kevin Booker enters his first season as General Manager after serving as Assistant General Manager for two seasons. Kevin is a 2007 graduate of Virginia State University where he majored in Sports Management. Kevin played for the “Trojan” baseball team for two seasons. Kevin was born and raised in Richmond, VA and graduated from John Marshall High School in 2001. During his time as a “Justice” Kevin played football and baseball for four years, lettering in both, and ran indoor track for three years. Kevin states “Advertising and promotions” as his favorite part of his job
